It still blows my mind. A few months ago this was a whiteboard idea. Now we're in a historic home in the South End area unpacking and getting ready to open our doors to founders. I'm so excited to see it all come to life!

Here's what you need to know..

Come to the launch on Friday, May 15th

We're throwing a party to officially open the house. It's also the unofficial pregame for Seed the South (May 18-19 at BofA Stadium). It’s free and open to everyone (not just tech/startup folks).

Here’s what to expect:

  • Food, drinks, music

  • A community jam session with prizes

  • Tours of the house

  • A whole lot of people worth meeting

New: a dedicated desk tier ($495/mo)

We listened to the first wave of applicants and added a middle option. Three paths to join:

  • Residents ($1,250-1,450/mo): A dedicated room in the house for you and your team

  • Dedicated Desk ($495/mo): Your own reserved desk in a shared room (new)

  • Members ($295/mo): Full access to the common areas

All tiers get 24/7 access, founding member perks, and a voice in shaping the culture from day one.

We're hiring a Community Engagement Manager!

We're looking for someone to help shape the day-to-day culture of the house and assist with running events, connecting founders, and making newcomers feel like they belong from day one.

Know someone? Or is it you? See the role

Three asks

  1. Come on May 15 - RSVP on Luma

  2. Forward this to a founder, builder, or operator who needs to be in the room

  3. Join us as a member, dedicated desk, or resident: See the tiers

Can't wait build an amazing community together!

Onward & upward 🤘
