After a few months of exploring a bunch of different paths, we officially have a house under contract and we’re charging ahead!
The response has been wild. The LinkedIn announcement I shared over the weekend hit almost 13,000 impressions with nearly 300 reactions in 2 days. People want this.
I’m so excited to see this come to life. It’s so wild to see what happens when you put an idea in the world and people rally to help make it possible.
Here's the plan
April: My team at StealthX is moving in and starting to set up the space. We'll be reviewing resident applications and having conversations with founders who want to have one of the limited resident spots.
May/June: We’re aiming to officially launch publicly and start hosting weekly jam sessions, community events, and start adding monthly passes.

The house is 2 stories, built in the early 1900’s (so it’s got a lot of character), is 3250 sq ft, has a beautiful wrap around porch, and is nestled off East Blvd in Southend - just around the corner from some great restaurants. The current tenant is moving out so ignore the decor for now.. but here’s a sneak peek 😉
What we're looking for in residents
Early/mid-stage founders who are actively building
People who want real community and want to build with others, not theater
Builders who move fast and value spontaneous collaboration and serendipitous collisions
Small teams that want a home base with other founders
The house is small on purpose. Only a few resident startups and a limited number of monthly memberships. We're being intentional about the mix because the people in the room matter more than the room itself.
